FAQ:

  • How long is the delivery time?

    The lamps are made to order. They are hand built and hand painted so they take some time to produce. Normally we can ship from 2-4 weeks after ordering.

  • How do I hang the lamp?

    All the lamps are prepared with brackets at the back for hanging on two screws in the wall.

  • Do I need an electrician for the installation?

    No. The lamps are plug & play. They come with a 1.5 m cable and a 24V power supply with a plug to plug directly into the socket

  • What happens when the LED stops working?

    Products must be able to be inherited. We think it is a duty.

    So, despite the fact that the LED strips we use have a lifetime of up to 50,000 hours, there will come a day in the future when they expire. At that time, the lamp can be disassembled and a new LED strip can be mounted according to the specifications on the back of the lamp.

  • Can I choose other colors than the ones shown?

    Not always. Colors and surfaces have a great influence on the distribution of light and glare. The distances in a Layers of Light product are carefully calculated so that the light diffuses out through several layers and to where it needs to go. We do a lot of color experiments and only release the colors if 1) the light is right and 2) the product looks good. But feel free to send an inquiry and we'll be happy to look into it.
